Thank you for your interest in vending at DreamLoud Day Fest! We’re excited to create a vibrant, supportive space for small businesses and local brands. Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
We’re looking for vendors who are professional, prepared, and excited to engage with a lively, creative crowd. Ideally, We'd love to have 5 food/drink vendors (non-alcohol) Please review the terms below before submitting your application:
🌟 Vendor Fee & Acceptance
There is a $60 vendor fee, which allows you to participate and keep 100% of your earnings.
Your fee is only refundable if you are not accepted, or You withdraw within 7 days of being accepted.
🍽️ For Food Vendors:
This is an outdoor event with no kitchen access. Please come fully prepared with your food ready to serve. We are unable to provide access to sinks, cooking appliances, or heating equipment.
If your setup requires electricity, you’ll need to bring your own power generator, as power is reserved for the sound stage.
🛠️ What We Provide:
✅ One 6-ft banquet table
✅ One tablecloth
✅ Placement under a canopy for shade
✅ A custom promo flyer to promote your brand’s involvement on social media
✅ Opportunities to briefly shout out your business over the mic during the event
✅ Shoutouts and acknowledgments from our event host throughout the day
📣 Promotion & Sales:
We estimate a crowd of 150–300 attendees throughout the day. While we cannot guarantee sales, we are committed to highlighting and promoting your presence at the event. You're welcome (and encouraged!) to bring signage, banners, or branded materials to enhance your table display.
